Damage your sunglasses and need another pair?
We'll give you 50% off the price of an identical pair within 12 months of the date of purchase. *Your damaged sunglasses must be returned to us with proof of purchase. You must register for damage cover within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your damaged item must be clean and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you have 'damage cover' in the header. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your damage cover is accepted, we will give you a discount code to repurchase on the site.
