Try on at Home Return Policy

 We offer a 14-day 'return period' on all sunglasses purchased at neufound.com (offer only valid for New Zealand customers). To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Please email hello@neufound.com with your proof of purchase
  2. Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer
  3. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
  4. For defective items, please refer to the "Warranty" section below for the return process
  5. Please ensure you note the tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels
  6. Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a 10 NZD fee, which will be deducted from your refund
  7. Please note that sales from discounted products purchased during sales are final and not eligible for return
  8. *Please note that Premium Readers are made to order and are unable to be returned or exchanged.

 

Mindfully Good Shades

Neufound Eyewear is an independent operation. We pride our business on being as mindful as possible and only produce small batch production sunglasses, producing minimal waste. As part of our goal of circular products, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses and will seek to prolong their life where ever possible.

If an item is returned to us with a manufacturer fault within 12 months:

  • If possible, we will repair that pair and return them to you.
  • In the event that we don't have the necessary parts at that time, we will send you a new pair.

Regarding the faulty pair:

  • We will retain the faulty pair for spare parts, including lenses, arms, screws, and fronts.
  • Any previous damaged sunglasses will be repurposed and sold on sale as ‘repaired goods’.

Our commitment to waste reduction:

  • We very rarely find the need to dispose of items.
  • Items are only discarded when they are returned to us broken or unrepairable.
  • Waste reduction is important to us and we seek to minimise any unnecessary destruction of stock.


Warranty:

 We guarantee our sunglasses for 12 months from the purchase date against manufacturer defects. General wear and tear are not covered; however, we are happy to discuss repair options with you and offer an in-house repair service. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@neufound.com with the following details:

  1. Your claim description.
  2. Proof of purchase.

After receiving your claim, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive the item, we will assess whether to repair or replace it within 7 working days. If it has been longer than 12 months since your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
